Logistical Info for Our out of town MNT Conference Participants

Transportation to and from the conference venue and to offsite activities will be provided: The pick up point for participants staying near the airport will be in front of the Days Inn, 2331 Centre Ave. SE, at 7 AM every day.

Previous conference participants found the Days Inn and Suites Airport Albuquerque to be economical, comfortable and convenient. SCME suggests you stay there or in close proximity to the pick up point.  The room rate is $54.40 plus tax per night (ask for the LRO rate), which includes free wi-fi, free hot breakfast and free airport shuttle. There are many other hotels in the immediate vicinity and several restaurants within walking distance.

The hotels below are suggestions and are a short walk from the Days Inn pick up point. You may stay wherever you choose. If you lodge away from the transportation pick up point, you will be responsible for your own transportation to the conference.

We suggest you arrive in Albuquerque on Sunday May 8th in order to get to the conference promptly at 7:30 AM the next day. You may depart on Wednesday, May 11 at the 11:30 AM completion of the program or stay for the networking lunch until 12:30 PM.  MAKE YOUR AIRLINE RESERVATIONS BY MARCH 31 FOR BEST FARES.

Please arrange your own transportation on May 11 from the conference to the airport. You may make a reservation with Sunport Shuttle, phone 866-505-4966. The pick up address is 801 University Blvd. SE, Albuquerque, 87106, across the street from Central New Mexico Community College. The airport is 15 minutes away from the conference.

You are required to attend the entire conference. If you must cancel your attendance, please notify us by April 25 to avoid cancellation penalties.  Hotel and airline cancellation fees may still apply.
