MicroGen Systems, Inc. announced today that it has chosen X-FAB Semiconductor Foundries to produce the first MEMS based energy harvesters for the company. X-Fab is located in Lubbock, TX and was a former TI Semiconductor Facility where Matt Pleil spent 6 years as a wafer fab process engineer, and equipment engineer in photolithography.
